How much does an event photographer cost in Dallas–Fort Worth?
Rates in the area commonly run about $200 to $350 an hour. Aperture Dylan packages start at $495 for 2 hours and $950 for 4 hours, with deliverables and delivery times written down, so you can compare quotes line for line.
How many photos will we get?
Event Spotlight (2 hours) includes 100+ edited photos, Event Standard (4 hours) includes 250+, and Event Signature (8 hours) includes 500+. All are color corrected and delivered in a private online gallery.
How far ahead should we book?
Prime dates such as spring and holiday galas and conference season fill up 6 to 10 weeks out. Smaller events can often be booked within a week. Send your date and you will get a fixed quote within one business day.
Can you also shoot video at the same event?
Yes. The Event Recap package covers 4 hours of photo and video with a 60 to 90 second recap film and three vertical cutdowns, and Full Production covers 8 hours with a highlight film.
