How much do corporate headshots cost?
Published 2026 guides put on-site team headshots at roughly $100 to $300 per person depending on team size. Aperture Dylan team days are $1,300 for up to 12 people (about $108 each) and $2,500 for up to 25 (about $100 each).
How long does each person take?
About 10 minutes each at a team day, so a group of 12 fits in a half day. Individual Professional sessions run 30 minutes.
Are the photos retouched?
Yes. Every package includes professional retouching, and team days include one retouched image per person.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. Team days happen at your office anywhere within 40 miles of Dallas–Fort Worth. You just need a quiet room with space for a backdrop.
