Privacy policy
The short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it. Last updated October 29, 2026.
What we collect
When you request a quote or download the checklist, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, company, event date and location, budget range, the services you picked and any notes. We also note which page or link brought you to the form (for example a business card QR code) so we know what is working.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your inquiry, prepare your quote, and schedule your event. If you download the checklist, we may follow up once to ask whether you need help planning an event. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.
Who handles it
Form submissions are sent to a Cloudflare Worker that emails them to Aperture Dylan. Email is received through Cloudflare Email Routing and read in Gmail. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, and fonts load from Google Fonts. These providers process data only to run those services.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are turned on later, they will be used only to understand which pages visitors use.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Photos and video
Photos and video of events are shared only with the client who booked the work. Selected work may appear in the portfolio unless the client asks otherwise in writing. If you appear in a photo on this site and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.
